    The key to our success is listening to our clients and meeting their needs. As such we have established a mode of operation which satisfies most client needs.

    • All employees and specialist contractors are made aware of our Customer Care Policy
    • The clients specific operational requirements are strictly observed
    • Directly employed trade persons wear the J&I Ltd uniform and carry identity cards
    • Specialist contractors are vetted prior to use and issued with J&I identity cards
    • Security and confidentiality are paramount
    • Customer disruption is minimised by flexible working and careful planning
    • Excellent communication with our clients ensures a professional and efficient service
